bedra cobracut^® Type W  is a soft wire manufactured to a tensile strength of 430 N/mm², features a high copper CuZn20 brass core with a CuZn50 brass coating. It comes in .010" and .012" diameter on a variety of spool sizes. This EDM wire has been designed specifically for high tapper cutting. Its very high elongation allows this wire to lay flat and straight even during extreme taper machining. The special coating was designed to resist high thermal loads arising from poor flushing conditions.
