Nova EDM Filters are produced in the U.S.A for SST Consumables under private label by Dynamic Filtration.

For over 32 years, Dynamic Filtration has been manufacturing Wire and Sinker EDM Filters for a wide variety of machine manufacturers. Dynamic Filtration provides one of the broadest EDM filter portfolios in the industry offering solutions for most of the machines on the market including manufacturers like Accutex, Brother, Charmilles, Chmer, Ebbco, Elox, Fanuc, Hitachi, Makino, Mitsubishi, Sodick and others.

As new generations of EDM machines have entered the market with faster speeds and the ability to cut new materials, Dynamic Filtration has introduced new filter alternatives and additional micron levels to meet market requirements. Filters play an important role in extending the life of EDM machines by protecting the machine from excess particles in the internal components of the machine. A good filter can also save the EDM operator time and money in lessening downtime, lowering maintenance costs, and optimizing resin usage.

Nova filters feature high quality paper for minimum pre-coat time and clear water. Dimpled pleats extend filter life and the robust construction is made to withstand blowouts. Extensive use of plastic components minimize rusting and the convenient handles are ideal for easy change-out.
