Thermocompact is one of the leaders in the development of new, sophisticated coated EDM wires. From the beginning of its EDM wire production in 1973, Thermocompact has worked closely with various OEM machine manufacturers to develop new products. Its EDM wires are used throughout automotive and fine mechanic manufacturing to improve productivity, optimize speed, and cut precision. Thermocompact offers a large range of wire; from all purpose to speed and precision, to very high speed and precision and currently holds more than 17 world patented wires and processes. Thermocompact is dedicated to research and development and is currently studying new material structures to improve performance with speed and cutting precision.
